New clients please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled service to complete any necessary paperwork.


Clients are responsible for booking, cancelling and rescheduling their appointments with our very easy to use on-line booking feature. Booking on-line is available 24/7.


All appointments must be secured with a credit card and some services are prepaid. Please check at the time of booking.


We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This is controlled by computer so if you need to cancel or reschedule for ANY reason, please do so on-line and before the 24 hour window.


We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling by phone, email or text. Please login to the on-line booking feature to cancel or reschedule.


Late arrivals will be accommodated for the remainder of the scheduled time, but will be responsible for the full service fee.


"No shows" will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.


Dress comfortably so you may relax and enjoy your service.


Know that you are in a professional spa therapy operations and do not expect anything other than therapeutic or spa services.


Payment is due at time of service if not prepaid on-line. We accept cash, check, MC, Visa, Discover and AmEx.


There will be a $30.00 service fee for all returned checks
